HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF METRO DENVER HONORS BUILDERS
Local Builders Recognized for Storm Water Compliance, Quality Construction Management and People’s Choice Award for Parade of Playhouses
October 19, 2006 – Denver, CO. – The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver celebrated another successful year by honoring dozens of local home builders, suppliers and manufacturers during the 2006 Annual Meeting on October 12. The banquet was held in recognition of the more than 1,200 members within the association.
“We look forward to our annual meeting because it’s a time when our members can get together to recognize their peers for a job well done,” said Jerilynn Martinez, vice president of public relations for the HBA.
The Home Builders Foundation presented the first annual Parade of Playhouses People’s Choice Award to Montgomery Homes. Selected by the 2006 Parade of Homes attendees, the builder was awarded for creativity and their ability to remind visitors about the magic of childhood.
The Home Builder’s Association’s 2006 Storm Water Committee awarded three recipients for their commitment to excellence and environmental stewardship. The winners were evaluated on their responses to a storm water survey and on-site inspection of best management practices.

The Quality Construction Manager of the Year was awarded to three individuals. Presented by the Quality Construction Committee, the winners were selected based on evaluations submitted by at least seven sub-contractors and/or vendors who work with the nominee.
