Rocky Mountain Custom Homes To Build Fifth InspirationHouse
Home will be featured at the 2007 Parade of Homes at Southshore

Denver, Colo. – February 22, 2007 – The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver and the Home Builders Foundation are pleased to announce that the 2007 Parade of Homes at Southshore in Aurora will feature the next InspirationHouse, a major fundraising source for the Foundation.

How does the InspirationHouse work? A builder volunteers to construct a new home below market costs by using donated and/or discounted materials and labor. The home is then sold at full market value, with a portion of the profits being donated to the Foundation to assist people who are disabled. The funds raised from last year’s InspirationHouse assisted the Foundation in completing 53 projects, with a value of nearly $1 million.

Rocky Mountain Custom Homes, Inc., one of five custom builders at the 2007 Parade, will design the fifth InspirationHouse. Located along the south shore of the Aurora Reservoir, the 5,000 square-foot home’s interior design will have allusions of a charming seaside village.
