Remodelors Council Hosts Public Auction and Garage Sale to Benefit
Home Builders Foundation of Metro Denver
WHAT: Looking to update your home or office? The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver’s Remodelors Council’s annual Public Auction and Garage Sale offers consumers great bargains on materials. Every year, Denver area builders and suppliers donate everything from windows and cabinets to lighting and plumbing materials to the council. With thousands of dollars worth of materials donated for this year’s event, consumers can choose from a wide selection of premium products, save money and help a worthy cause.
WHY: The auction directly benefits the Home Builders Foundation of Metro Denver (HBF). This organization provides housing accessibility and education to help those in need. Using resources from within the Denver-area building community, the HBF renovates homes of handicapped persons with ramps and disability-friendly kitchens and bathrooms, donates money toward accident victims’ rehabilitation costs, assists low-income, special-needs families with housing needs and supports other local and national charitable organizations.
