Countrywide Home Loans has launched a program that provides an interest rate reduction of .125% on loans used to purchase a new homes that are built to meet recognized green and energy efficient standards.  Read more.

Lend a Helping Hand

 

The Home Builders Foundation is building an addition to the Home Builders Lodge at the Easter Seals Camp in Empire, CO.  We are in the final month and could use your help in completing the finish work and clean up.  Volunteer Days are scheduled for April 19 and 20 with duties such as plumbing trim, painting and clean up.  We are also looking for people with framing knowledge to help with the construction of a large deck the week of April 21.
