2013 Parade of Homes

With 70 new homes open to the public throughout metro Denver, the 2013 Denver Parade of Homes runs from August 8 through Labor Day (September 3). 

The Parade of Homes is one of the most recognized and respected brands in the metro Denver area. For 27 years, more than 70,000 people have turned to the Parade for homebuying, remodeling and decorating information. The Parade also outperforms other builder promitions in producing traffic and interested buyers.

Days and times

It's free to tour each home, which is open — from Loveland to Castle Rock — Thursdays through Sundays from 11 am to 6 pm August 8 through Labor Day (September 3).
