Parade of Homes
The 2011 Denver Parade of Homes includes 63 new homes open for viewing throughout metro Denver August 11 – Labor Day (Sept. 5).
The Parade of Homes is one of the most recognized and respected brands in the greater Denver area. With more than 25 years experience, families and consumers recognize and trust the Parade as the information source for home buying, remodeling and decorating, which is evidenced by annual attendance of more than 70,000. The Parade of Homes also out performs all other builder promotions in producing traffic and interested buyers.
This year’s Parade of Homes is free to tour. Visitors can see 63 new homes, plus home sites, located throughout metro Denver with a total value of more than $34.5 million. The variety of homes range from luxury custom homes, to affordable living, to energy-efficient construction. furnished models, townhomes and land for sale. More than 70,000 people are expected to attend the Parade’s four-week run.
Hours, Days and Times
The 2011 Denver Parade of Homes is open from Thursday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and runs from August 11 through Labor Day (September 5).
Admission
Entry to the 2011 Parade of Homes is free.
The Parade is open in 19 cities throughout Metro Denver
The following is a list of cities and the number of homes that can be seen: Aurora (9), Broomfield (2), Castle Rock (5), Centennial (1), Commerce City (2), Denver (7), Elizabeth (1), Erie (3), Evergreen (1), Highlands Ranch (2), Lafayette (1), Lakewood (3), Louisville (1), Lone Tree (7), Longmont (1), Loveland (1), Morrison (1) Parker (9), Thornton (4), and Westminster (3).
