Parade of Homes:  The HBA produces the Parade of Homes, the event more Denver families recognize and trust to provide the information they need to make smart home-buying decisions.  The Parade demonstrates the very best in innovative design, technological trends and decorating ideas. And its new format the Parade offers the public a larger variety of home choices to visit and more metro area neighborhoods to explore. 

Builders and developers take note: the home and development entry period for the 2010 Parade of Homes is now open!  Get the details here.  Entry deadline is Monday, May 3, so don’t delay!

2010 Annual Golf Tournament: Presented by the Associate Member Council, this tournament is one of the HBA’s largest networking opportunities. Join us for the annual HBA Golf Tournament on June 21, 2010 at The Club at Pradera, tucked away in a rolling countryside between Parker and Castle Rock. Flatirons Tour of Homes:  Presented by the Flatirons Building Council,  The Flatirons Tour of Homes is a scattered-site home tour showcasing the designs and construction of home builders and remodelors building in the Boulder/Longmont region and surrounding areas. BAR Awards: Presented by the HBA Sales & Marketing Council, the BAR Award is the most prestigious honor awarded to professionals in the new home building industry. The BAR Awards recognize excellence is all disciplines and talents instrumental in designing, building, merchandizing and selling new homes, as well as service to the community. Builder Product Night: Presented by the Associate Member Council (AMC), Builder Product Night is an industry specific trade show for associate members to exhibit products and services to local builders and remodelors. The Colorado Awards for Remodeling Excellence (CARE) Awards: The CARE Awards, presented by the HBA Remodelors/50+ Council, is the largest awards program in Colorado focused exclusively on the remodeling industry. The awards recognize excellence in design and construction of residential and light commercial remodeling and renovation projects.
