NAHB Remodelers Council of the Home Builders Association announces its 12th annual juried competition.
CARE is the largest, and longest-running contest recognizing remodeling of all types. It is open to any firm or individual in the state. Categories are numerous, and recognize everything from budget kitchens to green remodels

Unlike other design contests, this one is open to all, not just members of the association. It is judged blind, making it a fair competition that recognizes excellence in remodeling, no matter the authorship. Winners of the first, second, and honorable mention awards will be recognized at the CARE Awards Gala on September 16, 2009, be featured in a press release, and their projects will be featured on a DVD that goes out to editors of all the national trade and shelter magazines. Past CARE winners have gone on to become featured in Better Homes and Gardens, Sunset,
Womens' Day Kitchens & Baths, Remodeling, and many other national and local publications.

IMPORTANT DATES:
The CARE Entry Deadline is Wednesday, August 5th, 2009.
The Award Gala will be presented September 16th, 2009. All winners will be on display.
