Meet the Staff

The HBA senior staff individually head up the distinct areas of HBA operations, yet work collaboratively to best serve the needs of the members and the mission of the HBA.  Each has significant professional background in their areas of expertise and brings a high level of commitment to the association.

Senior Staff

Roger Reinhardt, Executive Vice President

The Executive Vice President is the senior manager of the HBA.
Kim Calomino, Vice President of Technical and Regulatory Affairs
303-551-6733 The Vice President of Technical and Regulatory Affairs has the primary responsibility for coordinating all HBA advocacy efforts related to regulations impacting the industry throughout the eight-county Denver metropolitan area in conjunction with the Vice President of Public Affairs. 
Vicki Pelletier, Vice President of Operations
303-551-6710 The Vice President of Operations has the primary responsibility for coordinating all major events of the association, directing membership development and retention, and managing the day to day internal operations of the association.
Chérie Talbert, Vice President of Public Affairs
303-551-6734 The Vice President of Public Affairs has the primary responsibility for coordinating all HBA government relations and advocacy efforts throughout the eight-county Denver metropolitan area in conjunction with the Vice President of Technical and Regulatory Affairs.  The Vice President of Public Affairs also serves as staff liaison to the HBA’s political funding committee, the Metro Housing Coalition.
Lori Arbuckle, Vice President of Finance

The Director of Finance has the primary responsibility for overseeing all accounting and financial matters of the HBA including: fiscal planning, coordinating the annual operating budget preparation, as well as analyzing and reporting the results of all financial operations to the Executive Vice President and Vice President/Treasurer.
