Denver builder’s Avenue home wins in Tour of Homes category
CENTENNIAL, Colo. (June 14, 2019) – Of the 21 homes in the recent North Metro Tour of Homes, the one considered the “Best Starter Home” was the Avenue 1 model by Brookfield Residential. The Tour of Homes announced the awards soon after the completion of the recent Tour that covered two weekends in May and attracted hundreds of viewers.
“We knew we had something special with these Avenue homes even early in the design stage,” said Rick Dengler, president of Brookfield Residential of Colorado. “The open floorplans give them a bright, livable atmosphere year-round, and we found a way to make them available at a price-point that has generated a lot of interest.”
The Avenues are available at Barefoot Lakes in Firestone, Colo., and at Brighton Crossings in Brighton, Colo., and they start in the mid-$300s. Brookfield describes the Avenues as “Classic charm meets contemporary new.”

Originally introduced in 2017, the Avenues Portfolio includes six different floorplans, ranging from 1,182 to 2,019 square feet; but they all feature the common theme of flowing spaces, creating an environment with maximum openness and brightness.
