Denver’s home showcase tradition is presented by Samsung and will run from
Thursday, Aug. 8, 2019 through Sunday, Aug. 25, 2019.
The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) announced today that numerous Denver area home builders and developers are the first to commit to the 2019 Denver Parade of Homes presented by Samsung. Joining the Parade are Ascent Builders, Berkeley Homes, Brookfield Residential, Cardel Homes, Dream Finders Homes, Epic Homes, Highland Development Company, KB Home, Koelbel and Company, Lokal Homes, McStain Neighborhoods, Lennar, Meritage Homes, Newland Communities, Oakwood Homes, Shea Homes, Taylor Morrison, Toll Brothers, and William Lyon Homes.
The Parade is Denver’s go-to local home show and design houses tour featuring the best showcase of new homes and communities throughout Metro Denver from Longmont to Castle Rock and Arvada to Aurora has been an annual tradition hosted by the HBA since the 1950s. The Parade returns Thursday, Aug. 8, 2019 through Sunday, Aug. 25, 2019, during which time the Parade will be held on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. This event is free, self-guided and open to the public.
“The Denver Parade of Homes provides potential home buyers and current home owners the opportunity to view many of the Metro area’s best new homes and exciting new neighborhoods and see the latest in home design and decor trends,” stated Tracy Sandoval, 2019 chair of the Parade of Homes and marketing manager at Meritage Homes. “We are excited to already have 19 builder/developers committed to participate in the 2019 Parade, including three builders who are showcasing their homes for the first time in the Denver Parade of Homes, including Ascent Builders, Highland Development Company and McStain Neighborhoods.”
This year’s Parade will showcase a wide-range of new homes, from no-maintenance townhomes and paired homes to custom built, high-end luxury, state-of-the-art homes all for sale along the Front Range. Visitors will discover unique homes and floor plans, beautiful communities, the latest in interior design trends and home technology, exterior finishes and outdoor living, and landscaping that will inspire.
