Denver, July 31, 2019 – DIRC Homes announced Randy Henckel as the general contractor’s new President. As President, Randy will drive strategic planning and organizational development of the company. “As leader of DIRC Homes, my vision is to build a team of talented and driven stakeholders that will focus on excelling at detail and customer service.”

Randy is an entrepreneur at heart; flexible, and ready to roll up his sleeves. He adds, “We are striving to redefine the homebuilding experience and build a culture that attracts not only the best talent in the industry, but also attracts like-minded clients. DIRC Homes strives to be the most sought-after contractor in the markets we serve.  We will accomplish our vision by cultivating a robust and healthy working environment focused on relationships both inside and outside our organization.” He is most looking forward to building the team, teaching, mentoring, training, and seeing DIRC Homes’ strategic vision forward.

Randy describes himself as a huge family man. He and his wife Leslie live in Fort Collins, where they raised their three boys, Austin, Dylan and Hayden. They enjoy water skiing and climbing 14ers. Randy spent the last seven years at Hansen Construction, the Aspen based ultra-luxury home builder where he held a leadership position and managed projects on the front range from $10-40 million. Prior to Hansen Construction, Randy held leadership positions at GE Johnson and The Bison Group.
