2021 Denver Parade of Homes Announces Participating Home Builders
The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) announced today that 14 Denver area home builders and developers are participating in the 2021 Denver Parade of Homes presented by Ent Credit Union. Joining the Parade are American Legend Homes, Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, Brookfield Residential, Cardel Homes, Joyce Homes, KB Home, Koelbel and Company, Lennar, McStain Neighborhoods, Meritage Homes, Oakwood Homes, Reed Custom Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Toll Brothers.
The Parade, Denver’s go-to local home show and design houses tour showcasing new homes and communities throughout Metro Denver, has been an annual tradition hosted by the HBA since the 1950s. The event returns with in-person and virtual home tours Thursday, Aug. 12 through Sunday, Aug. 29, 2021.
Parade-goers can enjoy virtual home tours when and where they want at ParadeofHomesDenver.com or tour homes in-person Thursdays through Sundays throughout the Parade between noon and 5 p.m. Online and in-person, guests will discover unique homes and floor plans, beautiful communities, the latest in interior design trends and home technology, exterior finishes and outdoor living, and landscaping that will inspire during this free event that is open to the public.
