New Member Highlight – V.A.M.P. Stucco

Vamp -verb: to give something a new appearance; to patch up; to repair.

V.A.M.P. Stucco is a woman/minority-owned and operated, local business delivering top-quality stucco installation and repairs to residential, multifamily, and commercial properties in Denver and the surrounding communities.

  • We Don’t Use Subcontractors – Our team works for us. This means you get reliable service designed to support our high standards. We don’t cut corners. Instead, we believe that valued employees work hard to do each job right.
  • Our Estimators Don’t Get Commission – We have highly trained estimators qualified as stucco inspectors. Because we don’t offer commission, there’s no incentive to pad an estimate. Our goal is always to provide a fair and consistent price.
  • Quality Work Every Time – For every project we provide an upgraded system, using the highest quality materials on the market, for top quality results.
  • Mobile Custom Color/Matching- When it comes to repairs or custom home colors our proprietary mobile color vehicle can deliver the match or color our clients are looking for.
  • Repair it, replace it, ReVAMP it.  For more information, visit their website: Stucco Installation Denver — V.A.M.P. Stucco (vampstucco.com)

Council Connections - An HBA Council Spotlight

Philip Eidenschink Owner, PEAK Staffing Group/PEAK Signing Group – Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) Vice Chair

“To be a part of one of the most recognized Sales and Marketing Councils nationwide has been humbling. The time and dedication has brought me realize hard work pays off. Working with a team of professionals on the SMC board and with the sales professionals drives me to do more and to do it better. The energy and creativity within the SMC board is unbelievable. I have been blessed to be surrounded by those professionals. As I have served in many roles at the HBA of Metro Denver, the SMC is truly my passion. As chair of the 2021 SMC, subcommittee chair of the Million Dollar Club, subcommittee chair of membership, etc., every position was gratifying. Regrouping during the pandemic and after had its’ challenges and we overcame as a board. The buzz is real at the SMC.”

Marshall Fire Task Force Working Groups

As the Boulder County community begins the recovery after the devastating effects of the Marshall Fire, the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver will be providing accurate information for the public on rebuilding, finding a builder and/or contractor, and preventing scams and further loss. With the rebuilding phase closer at hand, the HBA’s Marshall Fire Task Force is transitioning into Working Groups to focus on specific areas of reconstruction. If you have interest in helping rebuild or have expertise to share in one of the following areas, we ask that you consider joining one of the Working Groups. If you are interested or would like addition information, please email taskforce@hbadenver.com. This is an important time for HBA members to step up and support the Marshall Fire homeowners and communities. All HBA members are encouraged to participate in some way on this effort.

Have you Attended a “Pizza & Politics” Session?

Join the HBA's Government Affairs Director, Morgan Cullen, and the HBA's CEO, Ted Leighty, as well as key members of the HBA Advocacy committees for some advocacy in action. Be empowered. We all have a voice to use when it comes to these important issues. Our local, state, and national HBAs have world-class advocacy, but each voice is important. Come learn more about what's happening, whether you're wanting to just increase your personal knowledge, or use your voice to speak up. Our next FREE event will be on Friday, July 15 at 11:30am at the HBA office. Click here for more information and to RSVP.
