People’s Choice Awards Winners Announced from the 2025 Parade of Homes Presented by Keas Concrete Coatings

The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) today announced the winners of the 2025 People’s Choice Awards for the Denver Parade of Homes Presented by Keas Concrete Coatings. The 2025 event showcased 67 newly designed model and custom homes by 21 area residential builders, and one spotlight community located in neighborhoods throughout the greater Denver metropolitan area. Home prices ranged from $448,990 to $2,650,000.

“Announcing the People’s Choice Award winners is a highlight of the Denver Parade of Homes each year,” stated Connie Dahl, head of the Parade of Homes committee and vice president of member services at the HBA. “These awards celebrate the outstanding creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation of our local builders and designers, as chosen directly by the people who toured and experienced this year’s Parade homes.”

For the 2025 People’s Choice Awards, Parade homes were separated into categories by price. Homes that received the most votes for their price point have been named the best overall home.
