2026 Parade of Homes Call for Entries
The Denver Parade of Homes, the longstanding summer home showcase hosted by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA), returns August 6 through 23, 2026. The call for entries and invitation to sponsor Denver’s premier home tour and design showcase is now open. There is no better way to connect with thousands of potential homebuyers and design-minded consumers actively exploring new homes, communities, and the latest in home innovation.
Local builders and developers are invited to participate with new, never-lived-in homes and community spotlights throughout the Denver Metro area. Homes featured in the Parade will span a wide range of price points, from attainable entry-level options to luxury residences. Select homes in the upper tier will once again be highlighted as Dream Homes, showcasing the best in design, craftsmanship, and livability.

2026 Highlights
New Website + Mobile App Experience
For 2026, the Parade introduces an all-new website and mobile app designed to enhance the attendee experience and drive deeper engagement. Users can easily browse homes, map their tour, save favorites, and access builder information on the go. This upgraded digital platform provides participants with a more user-friendly experience and added opportunities to connect with potential buyers before, during, and after their visits.
New Ticketing Platform
The 2026 Parade of Homes will introduce ticketing, creating a more intentional and trackable attendee experience. Ticketing allows for enhanced marketing reach, improved audience insights, and more qualified traffic through participating homes and communities.
Media Partnership with Colorado Homes & Lifestyles
The Parade’s partnership with Colorado Homes & Lifestyles continues, featuring a printed pull-out map in the July/August issue along with expanded editorial coverage and integrated digital promotion to reach highly engaged design audiences.
People’s Choice Awards
The People’s Choice Awards returns, giving attendees the opportunity to vote for their favorite homes. Voting is supported by digital campaigns and media promotion, driving engagement and traffic to participating builders.
Industry Night
Kick off the Parade at Industry Night on Thursday, August 6, 2026. One of the HBA’s most anticipated events, Industry Night brings together hundreds of homebuilding professionals for networking, celebration, and the official launch of the Parade. Opportunities are available to host, sponsor, or participate in the Builder Product Expo Pop-Up.
Events, Promotions, and Consumer Offers
Participants can amplify their presence by adding events, special promotions, and exclusive offers to the Parade website and mobile app. These activations are featured across dedicated landing pages, the homepage, and Parade marketing channels, giving builders and partners additional opportunities to drive traffic, create urgency, and engage attendees throughout the Parade.
Parade Pop-Ups and Onsite Activations
Building on past success, Parade Pop-Ups return with expanded opportunities for Associate Members to partner with builders onsite. These activations allow attendees to connect directly with product experts while touring homes, adding an interactive layer to the experience. Participants receive added visibility through website features, blog content, email marketing, and social promotion.
Important dates to keep in mind:
- Monday, May 11: Entry deadline for inclusion in the printed map
- Monday, July 20: All home content must be uploaded to paradeofhomesdenver.com
- Thursday, August 6: Parade of Homes opens to the public at noon
- Sunday, August 23: Parade of Homes closes at 5 p.m.
