The 2025 Parade of Homes Industry Night: Sneak Into Windler brought together over 400 homebuilding professionals for an unforgettable evening of networking, home tours, food, fun, and flair. (photos below)

Hosted by Windler, one of Aurora’s most exciting new communities near E-470 and 56th, the event gave attendees a sneak peek into Aurora’s most spirited new home community. The night started with guests exploring new homes by Brightland Homes, Century Communities, New Home Company, and KB Home.

The celebration continued at Discovery Park for the Main Soirée, where attendees sipped, savored, and schmoozed with colleagues while enjoying food trucks, cocktails, and the Builder Product Expo Pop-up. A highlight of the night was the Sole Style Awards, where sneakers truly stole the spotlight. Guests showcased their freshest fits, boldest statements, and timeless classics, with awards also recognizing standout squads and the best sneaker struts of the night. The competition added a playful, stylish energy that reflected the creativity of the homebuilding community.

As the evening transitioned into twilight, the Sneak Easy After Party, hosted by KB Home, wrapped up the celebration with cocktails, desserts, and laid-back vibes. It was the perfect way to close a night that blended business connections with fun, style, and inspiration.
