CAHB Voter Guide – Congress & State Legislative Candidates

The Colorado Association of Home Builders released its 2026 Voter Guide this morning, covering races for Congress, Governor and the General Assembly, along with positions on three statewide ballot questions. At the federal level, CAHB and local affiliates worked with the National Association of Home Builders to recommend Sen. John Hickenlooper and U.S. Representatives Joe Neguse, Jeff Hurd, Jeff Crank, Brittany Pettersen and Gabe Evans for support.

For Governor, CAHB is endorsing Phil Weiser, along with 11 candidates for the Colorado State Senate and 34 for the Colorado House, a bipartisan slate that includes both incumbents and newcomers. CAHB also is supporting Proposition NN and Amendment 82 (Right to Natural Gas), and opposing Amendment 87 (Graduated Income Tax). Please click here for the full CAHB voter guide.
