Teri Everhart 150x150

Terri Everhart

Terri Everhart, Our 2022 NAHB PWB Chair and 2020 NAHB’s Woman of the Year, will lead our first session designed to ENERGIZE attendees to dig deep and believe in themselves. She will be sharing her journey of overcoming, hope, success and gratitude. The importance of networks and tribes that surround and support us. Some of her favorite phrases that she will be elaborating on are:

  • You can’t compete with me; I want you to win too!
  • Some days she has no idea how she’ll do it but every single day, it still gets done.
  • Believe in yourself!
ArezouZarafshan

Arezou Zarafshan

Our second session is designed to EMPOWER and will be led by Arezou Zarafshan, CEO of Call Emmy, and noted as one of the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business in Colorado. Empowerment is not a gift or a superpower that is given to us by others. Empowerment is a decision that every individual has to make for themselves. One of the most important pieces of that being how we empower ourselves to  step up, lead, say yes, and take risks in our own sphere of influence. In her session, she will share where to find and awaken that sense of self-empowerment, and keep it strong.

Simone Headshot 150x150

Simone Ross

Simone Ross, the CEO of Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, will launch our third session designed to help attendees ENGAGE.  Simone’s upbringing instilled in her a strong sense of the importance of community, family, and building through investing in the success  and dreams of one another. In her session, she will share inspiring experiences and content to “ignite the light” in ourselves.
